Oh boy. This book was a very fast read. I personally enjoyed this book, but it was somewhat boring. Plus, I thought that the plot was a little bit rushed creating holes. What I really mean is that I love the whole concept of the Alchemist and the Sorceress. It is definitely unique. As such, I feel as though Holland did not do justice to the book by ending everything so soon. There are books that end sooner than they should while others are stretched beyond purpose. This series is the former kind is all I am saying.

In essence, I was satisfied with the ending. The writing quality is good as well. I would recommend this book to some who are just looking for a quick read.
